Our standard support hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 6pm

If you are having a network emergency outside of our standard support hours, please call our Help Desk at 805-649-5862 and follow the voice mail instructions for paging our off-duty staff.
