Computer Service / Consulting / Repair

• $35.00 per hour for general computer repair and training for Ojai.Net customers.
• $45.00 per hour for basic network setup, installation and troubleshooting performed by Ojai.Net staff.
• $75.00 per hour for advanced network, server, security, and policy consulting performed by the Network / System Administrator.
• All hourly consulting work is billed with a one hour minimum and in half hour increments thereafter.

Accounting Details

• Accounts are billed on the 15th of each month for the next month's service.
• Payment is due on the 1st of each month for that month's service.
• All accounts are billed a last month's deposit upon activation of service.
• 10% discount if paying 6 months in advance by check. We will not accept prepayment of service via credit card.
• Major credit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
• Credit cards are billed on the 1st of each month for that month's service.
• Additional web server space is available for business and personal web directories at the rate of $1.00 per additional megabyte of storage per month.
• E-Mail addresses include 10 megabytes of storage space. Additional e-mail storage space can be purchased at the rate of $0.50 per additional megabyte per month.
• Additional e-mail addresses are available in blocks of 5 for $5.00 per e-mail address per month.
