About our Founders:

Wayne Maynard

President, CEO & Co-Founder

Wayne brings extensive management and public service experience to Ojai.Net. As President and CEO, Wayne supervises our operations, provides leadership and guidance and leads our Wireless deployment and installations. Wayne works part of the month as a Fire Captain for the Ventura County Fire Department. During the 1980s and early 1990s Wayne served as Fire Prevention Supervisor where he managed the plans check and prevention departments at Fire Department headquarters for Ventura County, California. With over 25 years of management experience and a dedication to savings lives and helping others, Wayne brings unique experiences and dedication to Ojai.Net.

Robert Maynard

Vice President of Network Operations & Co-Founder

Robert, our top networking expert, has 12 years of networking and server administration experience. He has extensive experience with Internet routing, firewalls, web and e-mail servers, databases, and telecommunications. As Vice President of Network Operations, Robert is responsible for overseeing the complete technical operations of Ojai.Net. Robert has engineered and built the majority of our network and servers. With a deep technical understanding of networking and Internet servers, Robert is able to provide advanced support to our Help Desk staff and assist clients in their complex Internet needs. Robert's vision helps guide the expansion of Ojai.Net towards new markets and services. Robert has received networking certifications from Cisco and the Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA). Robert has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science with a minor in Statistics from San Diego State University.
