How do we pay for the movies we screen - the distributors’ costs, theater rental, shipping, promotion, and all the other expenses we incur? Largely through the generosity of individual sponsors.

As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Ojai Film Society has limited choices for raising operational funds. One of them is to offer annual Sponsorships. In return for a one-time payment at the beginning of the year, Sponsors are admitted free to all regular OFS screenings through December 2007.

In exchange for helping us with our cash flow, as a Sponsor you get a dramatically reduced price for our Sunday afternoon films. Considering that general admission is $8, and seniors (65+) and full-time students pay $5, the savings can be substantial. But equally important is the knowledge that – through your support – you are contributing to the enrichment of your community.
