	Our focus in providing e-mail to our clients is in making e-mail usable. We invest in software and hardware to keep spam to a minimum and to reduce the impact of viruses and malware. We use a combination of commercial and open source systems to help insure extensive filtering and protections for our customers. Our web mail interface allows customers to manage their own spam filter levels and view their quarantine.
	What about False Positives?
	We can't stop all the spam, no one can. But we sure stop a lot. Worried about false positives? You can set your mailbox to either delete, quarantine, or tag and pass mail identified as spam. If you choose tag and pass or quarantine, you will have the opportunity to review the mail marked as spam to make sure you are not missing anyting important. You can also use the white list feature to make sure mail from your business associates and friends and family are not mis-identified as spam.
